Lookn 4 UK Based Mature Team Players PS3 (All Positions Apart From CAM)

Hi to everyone that reads this.
Me and a few mates have started out on a club recently and are looking for some mature team players that do not want to just play upfront like kids and play for the team. We only have 3 people but we all are very unselfish and play for the team. for example i play upfront yet i have almost as many assists as goals. We are really in need of a GK and CB's but im open to all positions. I will also give my LS position up to anyone i see good enough as like i said, i play for the team.
Please dont not send me a message if all you want is these strikers positions. i am looking for some mature players that know when to pass and when to hold onto the ball. if we have to start telling you what to do then this club aint for you. i am not looking for any ball hogging lionel messi wannabe's who start doing countless tricks in the middle of the park or think they can do ronaldoesque solo's.
i want players who dont need telling what to do, ie. run to the line on opposition free kicks or if they are back for a corner dont sprint upfield leaving the defence exposed to a counter attack. you get the idea, im not gonna go on for too long. All i want is a team that passes really fast and plays as a team rather than for themselves.
i want players that actually play in their positions. for example the LM or RM standing on the half way line next to the LS/RS or the CB's sprinting forward when the team is on attack rather than holding station. i may sound as if im very hard to please, but trust me i can see when a player is good or not. and im also a laugh to play with
We play most of the time between 5pm - 3am UK time
